We want your strawberry-growing experience to be as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find all the details on when we ship, what to expect when your order arrives, and how we handle refunds.
Shipping Schedule
We ship every order on Mondays to make sure your bare-root strawberry plants arrive fresh and ready to grow.
- Orders must be placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM (PT) to be included in that week’s shipment.
- Orders placed after that cutoff will ship the following Monday.
What to Expect When Your Plants Arrive
- You’ll receive bare-root strawberry plants—not potted, not seedlings.
- We ship second-year, established roots that are strong, mature, and ready to thrive.
- Every bundle is carefully packed and wrapped to maintain moisture and prevent damage.
We grow and ship from our California farm, where these same plants are used by top commercial growers. You’re getting pro-level plants—just in a smaller box.
Refunds & Returns
Because we ship live plants, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Once plants are in transit, their condition depends on factors we can’t control (like weather or handling by the carrier).
But rest assured:
- Every order is inspected before shipping
- Our plants are grown from university-patented varieties
- We’ve been doing this for over 30 years—we know what works
